Shibukawa Station

Shibukawa Station, which opened on the 1st of July 1921, is in Shibukawa City, Gunma prefecture. The railway station only services conventional JR lines: the Joetsu Line and the Agatsuma Line. The nearest Shinkansen station from Shibukawa Station would be Takasaki Station on the Joetsu Line. Shibukawa Station is the transiting station for people wishing to travel to and from western Gunma and central Gunma.

The station houses basic facilities of ticket gate, ticket machine, a waiting room, a newspaper stand, two platforms, taxis outside, and several buses linking you to Takasaki Station, Maebashi Station, Ikaho Onsen, Nakanojo Station and Numata.
