Grandberry Park has reopened its doors in Machida, Tokyo. There are 234 stores ready to serve customers with a wide variety of shops and attractions. The Park is based on the concept of an amusement park, hence its cheerful name, and is filled with lively fun in its seven plazas and stores that radiate from the central multistory parking lot.
Compared to the previous Grandberry Mall which closed in 2017, Grandberry Park is almost 5 times as large and there are 2.5 as many stores. That makes for a whole day of shopping that the whole family can enjoy the great variety in shops. There is even a ten-screen cinema for guests to take a nice break and relax with their favorite current movie. Join the Peanuts gang and Snoopy showing up at the Peanuts Museum and Café, which opened in December 2019.
Grandberry Park aims to offer visitors a fun experience in a village-type space where you can feel the joy of walking around a city with food, play, lifestyle, and shopping in mind. Their design also focuses heavily on using the natural space and natural elements of the space to really make it feel like a “park”.
